Cancellations must be made prior to 10am the day of the appointment for appointments Monday-Friday. Saturday cancellation must be made prior close of business Friday, 9pm. Cancellations after these times are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
No-shows without cancelling or cancelling less than an hour before the appointment are expected to pay the full appointment cost and if the appointment was pre-paid, it will not be refunded/credited.
